The hotel is near terminal 2 and accessible via the free shuttle from terminal 1 and a short walk from the shuttle stop. Would recommend for transit passengers as convenient to the airport — limited dining options at terminal 2 and the hotel though. The showers may be smelly — they need some attention. Bottled water is provided in the rooms however no glasses. Adequate for a night stay.

Heidi og Montoursville

The property is near terminal 2 and accessible by taking the free shuttle bus from terminal 1 and walking a short distance. The room I was given faced the street so was a little noisy but not much of an issue — make sure the window is closed properly if you are hearing outside road noise and birds. The shower was much better than other room I stayed in at hotel — the shower drain smelled like poo! Bottled water was provided but no glasses which would have been nice for teeth brushing. Overall, would stay here again for transit and would recommend for transit passengers.

Conveniently located for KLIA 2 - only a 10 minute walk along a sheltered pathway from the terminal (KLIA 2). The direction signs should be improved though as we had to ask for directions from a number of staff. Breakfast is served from 4am was great as we had an early flight to catch and it was Ramadan month. Will definitely consider staying again if we are in transit in KLIA 2.

공항에서 생각보다 멀리 떨어져있고 안내가 잘 되어 있지 않아 찾는데 오래걸린다. 직원들은 친절하지 않았고 일처리도 미숙했다. 더블베드로 예약했으나 싱글로 임의로 변경해서 줬고 욕실은 하수구가 역류해서 냄새가 너무 났다. 새벽에 도착하고 잠깐 자고 나가야 했기 때문에 항의하지 않고 그냥 사용했지만 냄새 때문에 하루 종일 머리가 아팠다. 잠깐 쉬려면 차라리 캡슐호텔이 더 깨끗하다.

Very convenient for KLIA 2, walking distance. As airport hotels go this one is good. Staff at reception very efficient and friendly. Room is compact, bed is comfortable, shower is good, wifi good. Breakfast surprisingly good. Rooms and corridor a little tired, but this place has given most things some thought. KLIA terminal/food court/shopping mall just minutes away on foot if you feel like it. I was impressed.

Great location. Room was ideal as a crash pad before an early morning flight. Take-out breakfast is a great idea and was nice and a good portion size. Overall a great stay.

Unterkunft zweckmäßig. Flughafen fußläufig erreichbar und trockenen Fußes. Es wurde ein Seh gutes Frühstück angeboten. Da wir schon gegen 10. 30h im Hotel waren, konnten wir das Zimmer schon beziehen, mußten jedoch die halbe Miete hinzuzahlen

Transport to the other terminal was frequent and reliable and the hotel was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it,.

Disgusting Smelly Hotel, WILL NOT RETURN!
The hotel is very dingy, smelly and very disgusting! Definitely NOT be staying at this hotel ever again. Upon check in, the reception staff took ages to register us in. The hallway to the room stinks and the lights in the corridor is a sensored lights which is so silly for a hotel. This hotel is more like a hostel in our opinion. Our room has ants on the table, by the bed etc and when we told the housekeeping it took her 4 hours i.e. 11pm she came knocking on our door to give us a mosquito spray. Bad experience and we shall never return to this hotel again.

Good hotel that is in a perfect location for access to the airport. Rooms are small but clean and the air con works very well. Breakfast is poor and not catered for Westerners at all.

I visit this hotel regularly. this time round higher traffic due to lunar new year season, but staff still have can-do, accommodating attitude. Excellent staff makes this hotel enjoyable.

Less than 5mins walk from KLIA. We were very grateful to get a complimentary extended check out time. The breakfast was amazing. People at the airport were extremely helpful and kind to direct us to the Hotel. We will definitely go there again whenever we do an overnight transit. Exceptional customer service from staff.

Great rest bite in a busy airport
We had 9 hours between flights. Other passengers walked around shops etc to put in time. For a very modest price we got a day time deal with buffet lunch, a bed to rest on and a shower to freshen up. Perfect 👌
