«The bed and pillows were so comfy!! Only downfall was the breakfast was broken so only muffins and cereal were available.»

«Great location, very quiet. Food awesome!!!»

«Beautiful setting! Unique property Rustic yet sophisticated. Food is outstanding Music on the porch on Sundays is wonderful»

«Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.»

«Clean . Friendly staff»

«Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff and yummy cookies in the afternoon.»

«I understand it’s a cost, but I feel when having an indoor pool option, it would be nice to make sure it’s heated. It’s not really a useful amenity when the water is freezing. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so water got everywhere. I cleaned it up but something to keep an eye out for when you stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was really nice!»

«Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room. There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature. The breakfast was very well stocked and clean.»

«3/5 Stars – Great staff and clean hotel, but poor room electronics and sleep environment Overall, the hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, and the staff was genuinely fantastic. However, my specific room had several frustrating issues that made the stay underwhelming. The bed was fairly average/mid-tier in terms of comfort, but the biggest issue was the room electronics. The TV's internet connection didn’t work, so I couldn't stream what I wanted. The TV also runs proprietary ...

«Perfect location, great amenities. Gym is clean with all the equipment you need. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast above average. Could not have been happier! Can walk downtown, straight down King St.»

«Room 226 and the room beside it have major moisture problems from the indoor pool beneath them. Room 226 has an intense mold smell that is dizzying. The staff were very helpful and kind but management puts them in the position of renting the moldy rooms and dealing with the hotel guests reaction to the inhospitable rooms. They kindly moved me to another room but it also had a strong odor that stayed in my clothes afterwards. I had an allergic reaction to the mold and had to take Benadryl after ...

«The breakfast team was wonderful. Attention to detail and responsive. I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us.»

«Awful room. The water would not shut off in the tub. It was running when we got there and it never stopped. TV is a joke... no list of channels near the tv... had to flip to 3 different channels to wait and see what was on. Remote didn't work well. Cannot imagine a worse TV setup in a hotel. Room smelled musty and dirty. The pool looked cloudy and we never saw a single person use it while we were there... probably because it looked so bad. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen at a ...

«Super clean. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure could have been better and water could have been hotter. Other than that, everything was great!»

«The lodge was great. Very relaxed atmosphere. The fire pits are a great addition! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, very simple, yet had everything we needed. Very close to App State! We look forward to our next visit.»
