«Lovely hotel ( looks more like condos) on the edge of town surrounded by trees and green. Staff was very helpful and available early and late. We had a suite (highly recommend). Very cute town, good restaurants, farmers market on Saturday. We took the train from Rutland to NYC. It was a 2 hour drive from Albany.»

«Extrêmement humide comme bâtisse. Il n y avait aucune indication lors de la location à l’effet que la chambre était située au sous-sol. Le dejeuner était très décevant, que des pâtisseries et des céréales au sucre. Par contre, le storage à vélo est superbe et très pratique et c est bike in bike out. La piscine était correct mais il manque de chaises. Les matelas sont mous et la salle de bain était miniature.»

«We enjoyed our stay. We were in the back building the Walker building (I think) surprisingly quiet and did not hear other quests in hallways or near us. Limited parking when the restaurant is open . But we moved the car closer when it closed. Continental breakfast available at yhe Inn for a charge. We chose a hot meal elsewhere but had a table filled with fruit, muffins hard-boiled eggs and such. The old in is beautiful and you are allowed to use a lot of the public spaces. «Perfect stay for my toddler and older guests - accessible and pleasant staff. Great view and fun activities! Only wish there were to-go boxes for the breakfast - it gets a little hard to bring cereal and milk down the hill to the lodge. The floors could be cleaned a little more carefully - there was some dust and dirt - especially near the beds. Other than that - it was one of the most positive experiences my family has had when traveling. Highly recommend!»

«Would have been better if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice and neither time were we told it was safe to go back inside. No acknowledgment of the alarms at the very early hours of the morning. Otherwise the property was okay. Simple and relatively clean. The sleeper sofa had food crumbs on the mattress.»
