The Gateway Arch, or the St. Luis arch to the West. Part of the Jefferson National Memorial. The observation deck is 630 feet up and is the tallest manmade monument in the United States. It opened in 1967 and you could either walk to the top or take a very interesting elevator to the top, small capsules that fit five people and zig zag their way to the top in four minutes. As I drove into St. Luis it can be seen above the horizon and because it is stainless steel shines bright as you come in. To anyone who can, I would say go, Seeing it in person it is immense! When seeing it form a distance it doesn't really look that big, but up close, looking straight up to the top it is incredible!

«The lake view was scenic but frozen which is understandable for this time of year. It just was an unpleasant experience due to the circuit breakers going off. There were times we did not have warm water. The owner states she plans to address the problem. There is no Wi-Fi either, we purchased a smart TV and used our phones for hotspot. «Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good! ...

"Fantastisk beliggenhet, nærhet til det aller meste hva gjelder butikker og attraksjoner. Bodde 5 netter på rom 1128. Renholdet var meget bra, rengjøring hver dag. God plass på rommet som kunne tilby kjøleskap, micro, safe, strykejern og blendingsgardiner. I tillegg var det to tv’er med mer enn nok kanaler. Trykket i dusjen var noget lavt, men det fungerte. De ansatte ved frokostbuffeten var hyggelig og imøtekommende, gode på omelett! Alle besøkende får 2 drinker/øl/brus per kveld under happy hour, vil trekke frem Arnold som ga utrolig god service! Alt i alt et bra opphold, kommer gjerne tilbake!"

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
