«For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!»

«Modern, new, extremely well appointed, Immaculate. Landscaping nicely done. View from our room was pretty great of the ridge and hills. Best if you bring your own food as there are no good dining choices close by. Recommend having an indoor entrance mat( we arrived in the rain and no where to wipe our feet and then remove shoes.) Recommend having a shower mat- for outside shower. Easy check in.»

«bath room is outdated and dangerous. No hand rails, deep tub. We were at the Best Western in Newbery and in Lakeview at the Best Western over this grduation weekend. Breakfast at Newberry featured what I believewere powdered eggs. We advised the staff we would b gone 2 nites (pre paid) but would return for our final day in Newberry. Imagine our surprize when we returned to find our room NOt serviced! this up as our last visit to BW Newberry»
