«The property was lovely, and although our room was quite small, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. My only complaint was that no Wi-Fi information was provided at check-in or anywhere in the room, which for the nightly price of the room seemed like a ridiculous oversight.»

«The place was in such disrepair, the cement walkway and top floor patio were crumbling. The weeds everywhere were 2 feet tall. Floors in our room were filthy, kitchen was filthy with food particles on counters and in the refrigerator. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere on the ceiling. No hot water for showers. We had reserved the room for two nights, did not stay for the second night. It is very sad that Expedia portrayed this place so falsely, giving it such good ratings. I would never ...

«Very nice for the price. The full kitchen was great stocked with plates, glasses, pans etc. The beds seemed new and very comfortable and the bathroom was brand new and exceptionally nice. They have definitely been putting effort into updating the rooms and it shows. I would definitely stay there again.»

«My wife, our friends, and I had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s house. The home was fantastic and had every amenity listed in the description. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tanya was a pleasure to communicate with—she stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. It is a very relaxing spot near Oneida Lake, and we enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend staying here!»
