«Great location and room interior was nice. Bldg could use some clean up on the outside. Not the best impression when you pull up, looks like kind of an old apartment bldg. Fortunately the inside was nice and updated and across the street from the beach and Main Street restaurants etc. prime location.»

«Nice property but the beds are terrible, hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. Only stayed one night and was glad for that. Reaching property manager was difficult, took 4 hours to respond with a non draining sink.»

«My wife and I just got married and knew we wanted our honeymoon in Bemidji. We found this location online and decided to go for and It was totally worth it! So clean and the view was amazing, especially on the deck during the evening, really there was nothing more we could have asked for. «We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Hills! It was great to have such close access to both the Paul Bunyan Trail and Lake Bemidji. The large patio overlooking the lake was a wonderful place to relax, read a book, and visit with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having two bathroom sinks was very convenient. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. She loved wading and swimming in the lake, and the nice, big yard gave her room to explore.Bemidji happened to be under an ...
