«Power went out at 9 PM and was still not back on at 8 AM when we left. Room had no emergency lighting and by morning the hall and stair lighting had failed, leaving the stairs dark very dangerous. No breakfast due to no power. Couldn't raise the shades to let in morning light because they are powered by electricity. No luggage cart upon check in. A backup generator should be added. »

The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room. And the hallway had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there despite it being visibly dirty with chunks of stuff. Would not stay here ...

«We had a late check in and there were no outside lights on anywhere. The front desk staff seemed bothered to have to help and didn’t explain anything. Apparently there was a power outage that I only learned about because there were signs up at breakfast the next morning. The room was standard but the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The curtains didn’t close all the way and we were on the ground floor. It was just an overnight stop for a long drive so it served its purpose. I do wish the staff ...
