«The room was very clean and room amenities were great. Plenty of toilet paper and wash clothes and towels. Parking was full. Small room but adequate. Dated room but well kept. Owner very friendly and helpful. Cats hang around.the grounds. Did not see a swimming pool. Most questions answered by a piece of paper with everything on it. Very soft and comfortable bed and sheets and towels very soft. Ẹnoyed»

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the dining area was always clean and stocked. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even better. «Cedar Falls is a surprisingly robust community and the Blackhawk Hotel is a hidden gem! The staff is engaging and generous and go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of and heard. This is an historic inn, so the premises are burnished with years of use, which I think just adds to its charm. Main Street is dotted with several unique eating, drinking and shopping establishments and our nightcap at the Bar Winslow in the hotel was the perfect spot for our too-short stay in Cedar Falls.»
