«We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. «This was our first time staying here and it was great overall. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool. We did have to wait for towels for about an hour because they ran out of them, but that was really the only problem»
