«We liked that it was pet friendly. We liked the continental breakfast. The pool had broken chairs and the life preserver ring had mold on it. The grounds were not very well maintained. We liked having a microwave and fridge. But there were large roaches in the room that scared our mom and father (and us). We spoke to someone up front (an older gentleman) who said that the roaches were hard to keep out of the rooms because they come from the woods. I took pictures of the bugs. Would not stay at ...

«I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.»
