«While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton.»

«This hotel is brand new and absolutely spotless—everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place.

«I was there on business, and I got exactly what I wanted for a short stay: a quiet room with a workplace. However, the internet connection was very unstable, I was not able to speak (not to mention video). Eventually, I had to use mobile internet. There is a mini-gym, which I used a few times. I did not have time to try the sauna and the small swimming pool, they looked good. Particularly I liked the breakfast, good selection of local and international food.»
