"Fint hotell, enste som kunne trengtes er at det kunne vært greit om de kunne forstått og gjort seg forstått på norsk, ikke alle nordmenn som er god i engelsk."

"Generally an excellent modern build hotel which clearly checks all four star boxes with a very pricey, but also amazing breakfast. The outlook rooftop was super with the transparent igloo huts and we were blessed with a beautiful aurora that showed herself from there. Only critic is something about the staff - queue management at the breakfast was not really 4-star. For roughly 300 NOK p.P. you want to be managed well and fast and experienced staff should run the rush time. Also the bar on the 10th which is open during restaurant hours left really the feeling of being a disturbance. And no I am not a notorious cryer, takes quite some effort to comment on staff, Receptionists and the barista at the breakfast f.e. were just super and skilled and left you with a taken care for impression. But again to the total - the hotel is really a rockstar and the location is simply the best point to start your next arctic adventure!"

"Rent rom, men hadde bare 1 stol i et dobbeltrom. Ingen glass på rommet, ikke engang vannglass. God frokost, men 550 meter til spisestedet fra rommet🙄"
