«We went as a group and reserved 3 King rooms, one of which was needing a pet friendly place. The room and area were clean. However, I didn't appreciate that we reserved 3 rooms and arrived at 3 pm (check in time) and were told they had to change our rooms from a Single King to doubles and the price would remain the same. I notified them that we did need at least 1 room on the 1st floor to assist our handicap friend. I would prefer to have had what I reserved. Also, there was no shampoo or enough ...

«DON'T DO IT DONT BOOK IT!!!! Upon arrival the property did not feel or look very welcoming.When we got out of our car to go to our room there were guest in the back by the pool smoking cigarettes and offering to sale us Marijuana!! The carpet on the stairs and in the hallway was gross. The sheets on the bed were stained in several places. I called the front desk to ask for more sheets she stated they didnt have any more sheets. «Staff was RUDE, no coffee pots in the room and coffee was made in the office on occasion but not daily. I was in a non-smoking room and the bedding had cigarette burns all over it. I needed extra towels and was charged an additional fee. Stay away from this location if you can. »
