Bayside Resort 4bd/3.5ba+Loft Beach/Golf Home

Our beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortably furnished home is the perfect home base for your family vacation. It’s just a short drive to DE and MD beaches. Prepare your meals in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, or head outside to strike up the grill, while the kids ride bikes and scooters around the circle. This house is loaded with features that will make it feel like home. Hi-speed wireless internet, three separate living room spaces, 7 tv’s featuring smart/Roku service, outdoor seating on both its rear deck and front porch, various sizes of bikes/riding toys available for your group’s use, beach toys, beach chairs and more.

The first floor master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. At the rear of the house on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk bed and separate twin) sharing a 2nd full bathroom. On this main floor, you’ll also find the kitchen, a powder room, dining area, and two living rooms (the rear living area includes a pull-out sofa). Head upstairs, to find a loft living area with a second pull-out sofa, and a huge fourth bedroom (king and twin beds) with an additional en-suite full bathroom.

Linens are included. Beds will be made up with sheets, and bath towels will be provided. Please note that beach/pool towels are not included.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
There are so many things to do in Bayside. Amenities include tennis and pickle ball courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boards, basketball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Stage located within the community. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions.

Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.

Off-Season (Jan. 1 - May 15 & Sept. 23 - Dec. 31): 3 Consecutive Days $45, 7 Consecutive Days $70

Summer Season (May 16- Sept. 22): 3 Consecutive Days $70, 7 Consecutive Days $115

Within Bayside, you’ll find Juice Box which features coffee, smoothies, and healthy eats, Signatures Restaurant for full service dining, and 38 Degrees which is open seasonally. Harris Teeter, CVS, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den, a wine/liquor store, an ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.

Nadine was an amazing host!! She was quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. The house was beautiful, in excellent condition and extremely clean when we arrived. It has a lot of great space for large families to hang out in, without being on top of each other. The kids loved the bikes in the garage and rode around the beautiful and safe community every day.

Wonderful Home & Community

Our stay at Bayside was the perfect family getaway. The house was even better than the photos. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The community is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Great stay!

We had a great time at this Bayside home! The facilities within the community are great - our kids had a lot of fun at the pool, playground, basketball courts and also enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood (a nice perk to have these available from the owner!). The house is conveniently located and a short drive from several beaches/restaurants. Nadine was a great host, very responsive, the check-in/out process was very easy and the property was clean and well maintained.

Amazing House

Great house down to the fine details. Has everything you would need for a trip to the beach as well as bikes for all ages and more. Great host and communication. Lots of activities close by all in the Bayside community. Our family really liked the area and will definitely come back again.

Perfect Stay

If you’re considering booking a stay at this spacious house, don’t hesitate. The pictures are quite accurate. When we arrived, the place was spotless, and we were greeted with a welcome basket that included a very nice bottle of wine! To keep it brief, here are some of the pros: -very clean -very nicely decorated, comfy couches, large dining table, spacious and very well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable mattresses -plenty of TVs, games, toys and video games to keep the grandkids occupied at night -linens were quite good and the towels were surprisingly fluffy, given that many linen services we’ve used give you something just short of sandpaper -lots of beach chairs and toys, kids and adult bikes, Weber gas grill -AC kept us nice and cool -quiet neighborhood -located within walking distance of pools, tennis and pickle ball courts -I could go on and on Cons: hmmm…the game “operation” was missing the funny bone and Adam’s apple 😆 Overall, Bayside is a great community and, in the future, we would gladly choose it over Sea Colony in Bethany Beach. It’s much less congested, has excellent facilities (don’t forget to go kayaking), daily activities for kids and adults, 38 Degrees (a very nice place to get a light dinner with or without the kids) and is a very simple 10 minute or so ride to the beach (we had no problem getting street parking within one block of the beach entrance we chose on 145th street (thanks for the tip, Nadine). Book your stay and enjoy a great vacation.

Great Property

Our stay was for a long weekend get-away with family: 5 adults, 5 small children (ages 1-8). House had plenty of room for all, was in great condition, and had a ton of fun things there for the kids (bikes, a stroller, movies, games, beach things). The added Bayside resort area amenities were well worth it for us (we utilized: pools, crabbing, and kayaking with the kids). Owner (Nadine) was very quick with responses and handled a plumbing issue immediately that arose. Would highly recommend & would return here again without a doubt!

I must say this property is the favorite property I've ever booked on VRBO. It is an amazing setup for 3 families and nice and large for children between the ages of 3-9. Amazing home, amazing communication, CLEAN. I can't rave enough about this home.

Great house in an awesome community

This house was great for our family vacation. It was in good condition and had enough room for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. We paid for the amenity passes and we’re able to enjoy all that this great community has to offer (indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis courts, etc.). Nadine was a great host and responded quickly to messages and questions. I would definitely consider staying at this home again.
