«I was sick with stomach problems when arriving the hotel early the day of check in. The staff said that the hotel had been fully booked the day before so they did not have any rooms cleaned yet, but that they would clean ours as soon as they could so we could get it. We needed to go eat breakfast anyways and when we were done the room was ready! hours before the check in time. I needed to go to the hospital and they were super helpful with that and anything we needed. Room was really nice and ...

«Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.»

«Close to Berjaya Times Square. Friendly staff. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Clever use of glass to separate the bathroom makes the room feel slightly bigger. No elevator, expect to walk some stairs. Might be a bit hard to find if you're taking a taxi. Tips: Walk down the street from the hotel and across the street for a nice breakfast place with stalls selling noodles and local foods.»
