«I was sick with stomach problems when arriving the hotel early the day of check in. The staff said that the hotel had been fully booked the day before so they did not have any rooms cleaned yet, but that they would clean ours as soon as they could so we could get it. We needed to go eat breakfast anyways and when we were done the room was ready! hours before the check in time. I needed to go to the hospital and they were super helpful with that and anything we needed. Room was really nice and ...

«Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.»

Lo único malo, muy malo fué q la ubicación q marcaba en el móvil estaba desplazada 500m, y los rascacielos no tienen marcado a la vista el nº de edificio, y los porteros de edificios próximos no saben ni donde están ubicados ellos mismos; x lo q nos costó mucho tiempo encontrar el edificio»

«Best location with the best largest shopping centres attached to the hotel lobby. Everything is good, except the interconnecting room's door does not block any conversation & noise from the other room. Ok for a family to book 2 rooms with interconnecting door. But you want one room for your partner & you only, ask for a non connecting room. »
