We sincerely do apologize for the incident with the bathroom and humbly give no excuse for this but rather a promise that we shall keep striving to do better. Oh, I wish we had been quick enough to have done something about the breakfast for the kids. We know they have their own agendas with that :-) and we shall try to do better in that area as well. Again, apologies for the delay in the meals but you are 100% correct when you say we start every meal from scratch, hence the delay. Our chef has been adamant on providing food that's fresh and I must say that in most cases I personally do agree with her cuz the meals tend to be worth it ( I hope I don't sound biased here), though we should and shall try to find a way to expedite this. Comments like the ones you have made makes our efforts worthwhile and pushes us to better ourselves. From one person to another, we know that compliments tend to make one feel great and you have done just that. Thank you for that and thank you for choosing us and your patience with us as well.
