«The 2nd night our hot water went out. They said it would be fixed by the morning because it was the weekend. It still wasn't fixed by time I checked out that evening. I was also locked out of my room due to a battery issue. I understand things happen, but I had to sit in the parking lot nearly two hours for the staff to fix the problem and still no hot water. When I asked for a refund for that night the manager refused. He was very rude, and argumentative. I will never stay there again ...

«Very responsive hosts and they jumped to make things right when we had an issue. As a VRBO host myself, I know this can be daunting. Thank you for your help. Adorable house!»
