OUR PROPERTY:

This stunning home features large and open main spaces with multiple seating options, a dining table that seats eight and a well-stocked kitchen. Splashes of color and southwestern décor throughout invite you in to relax. Main floor has two bedrooms, both with memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is in the hall next to the second downstairs bedroom also featuring a king memory foam mattress. The upstairs loft provides a queen bed with memory foam mattress, two twin trundle beds (4 twins total).

The beds are appointed with comfortable linens and pillows to allow you to recharge for your next adventure. Endless hot water is provided throughout the property thanks to the on-demand water heater systems. The bathrooms include bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Bathroom linens include large soft towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

The properties two deck spaces provide endless opportunities to take in your surroundings. The main home deck spotlights a recessed hot tub, a pellet grill, and outdoor seating options. A firepit* set in the properties landscape with an amazing view is available for use during your stay.
*due to the dry climate occasional fire bans are possible.

Just steps from the main house, our private clubhouse is yours to enjoy exclusively during your stay. Upon entering the building, a wet bar area greets you with a table to play games and a foosball table. Further inside you will find a large TV room with a big screen TV to stream your favorite shows or movies. This room also features an air hockey table, a large sectional sofa, and touches of southwestern art and color. Continuing inside you will find the properties third full bathroom. Up the small set of stairs is the yoga retreat and gym area which includes four yoga mats, yoga blocks, resistance bands, and light dumbbells. The large window centerpiece provides beautiful red rock views to enjoy!

The peaceful and quiet neighborhood offers a chance to unplug and unwind surrounded by the incredible scenery. Being away from it all doesn’t mean being far from it all, this home is just 1 mile from the Jack’s Canyon Trailhead, 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants along SR 179 in The Village of
Oak Creek, and just 10 minutes to the iconic red rock monuments of Sedona including Bell Rock, Court House Vista (which you can see the top of from the deck), and Cathedral Rock. Continuing along the Red Rock Scenic Byway brings you to the stunning viewpoints of the Chapel of the Holy Cross, the shops of the Tlaquepaque and uptown Sedona.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the home, private clubhouse, two decks, hot tub, and all of the outside grounds of the property including our fire pit. Home contains a telescope and an acoustic guitar just to name a couple of our amazing amenities!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

We were just notified by our last guest that our neighbor has began construction on their home. The last guest said they were only working during the day when they were out hiking, and by the time they returned they were done working for the day, so the nights were still very quiet.
