This 4-bedroom home accommodates up to 10 guests across 6 beds and 3 baths. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects two of the rooms, while the primary suite provides added privacy. Bedrooms are equipped with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage. Access to the back bedroom is through bedroom 4 or a backyard exterior door.

Outdoor living
Step into a private backyard framed by red rock views. Enjoy the soothing hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the hammock. The outdoor dining area, furniture, and BBQ grill make it easy to dine under open skies, with barbecue utensils ready for use. A private patio and balcony offer more spaces to take in the peaceful surroundings.

The full kitchen includes everything needed to cook and share meals, from stainless steel appliances to cooking basics. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle. Enjoy coffee from the Nespresso machine or the drip maker with a K-cup adapter, then sit together at the dining table to enjoy your meal.

Entertainment & work
Indoors, settle in for movie night on the 75 inch HDTV or browse through books and reading materials. Break out life size games or board games for some family fun. Fast Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door ensure you can stay connected or focused when needed.

Comfort & essentials
The home offers air conditioning, central heating, an indoor fireplace, and ceiling and portable fans to stay comfortable year-round. Essentials like towels, soap, toilet paper, a washer, dryer, and iron are all provided for convenience. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Neighborhood & access
Located in a serene Sedona neighborhood, the home offers privacy and easy access to hiking trails, restaurants, and Red Rock State Park. The property has exterior security cameras on the front porch, garage, and side yard gate, along with a noise decibel monitor to comply with city regulations. You’ll have a private entrance, self check-in via lockbox, free parking, and luggage dropoff allowed for flexible arrivals.

Listing Notes
This is a very quiet neighborhood and the noise ordinance Sedona has in place is strictly enforced and monitored.

We have one security camera on the front porch, one facing the garage, and one facing the gate in the side yard. We also have a noise monitor to adhere to City of Sedona noise regulations, which records volume of sound and not actual sound.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
