This property comprises the main house of 2,100 square feet and an added bonus 700 square foot casita with its own kitchen, bedroom, and sitting area. All combined the property offers offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to ten guests in the utmost comfort and privacy.

Entering the single-level, main house through the front door, you'll step into the great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen with cool tile flooring throughout. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the casita has a living and kitchen area with a loft bedroom and a downstairs bathroom. You can find the casita's private entrance to the left of the house and attached to the garage.

Living Room: This large space features modern furnishings and a Smart TV, along with an open and bright feel brought by the high ceiling with sky lights. Adjacent to the living room is the Arizona room holding a comfy sofa and table with seating for four, making it a perfect space to take in the gorgeous views and sunlight. You can also take advantage of the large deck for fresh air and views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen comes with updated stainless-steel appliances, including a glass top electric range, tile counters, and convenient bar seating for six.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — California king bed, Smart TV, access to the Arizona room; the private bathroom features double sinks, a jetted soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2 — King bed, Smart TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds, and access to the shared full bathroom.

Casita:
You'll enter the casita through its front door and then into the lovely seating area that presents a full-size sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a glass top stove top, a microwave, and lovely stone counters. This space also offers a refrigerator/freezer and kitchen bar with seating for two.

The bathroom is on this level and delivers stone counters and a large tile shower. A stacked washer and dryer set is also found here.

The casita bedroom (bedroom 4) is on the upper level and offers a king bed and a Smart TV.

Outdoor Spaces:
The home has a spacious deck with lots of outdoor furnishings, a BBQ grill and lots of surrounding views.
