Greit hotell
Det er rent og helt greit hotell å bo på når en reiser gjennom Sedona. Hotellet er rent men slitt. Det er andre gang vi bor her og bor her igjen hvis vi reiser tilbake

I løpet av det neste året gjør vi en rekke renoveringsprosjekter, som bør ta opp den uheldige slitte utseendet. Her på Days Inn Sedona jobber vi kontinuerlig med å forbedre våre gjesteres opplevelse og håper at neste besøk blir enda morsommere!

Great location, midway point for all Sedona has to offer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. What I didn't like was the lighting around the vanity mirror and shower stall seemed tight.

We had a great stay at Kokopelli Inn. Our room was modern and clean with great ammenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price as great for this place! The breakfast had healthy options. Comfortable seating outside and the heated pool were both bonuses. We really enjoyed that it was right on the 'scenic highway' and close to all the natural sites and hiking trails.

We had to make a last minute reservation here and it way exceeded our expectations! The room was gorgeous and had been recently renovated. Highly recommend!

Water on floor when we arrived and was just told it was from the maid cleaning. Turned out there was a lot of it and it may have been from the toilet above. When we stood in the lobby talking to the front desk people that it seemed the room they were putting us in was close to the road and would be noisy, they said no we would not hear traffic, but they lied. We had to leave early on checkout day, but lobby does not open until 7:30. I called from our car and told them we checked out early and I was very upset with our stay. I asked to talk to manager, and she said she was the manager. I told her what I was not happy about and felt we should have some sort of compensation. She was more interested in getting me off the phone and then hung up on me. Now I am so upset with this place, I will proceed to warn others not to go there.

Check in was great the young man at the check in desk was very helpful and friendly he made us feel welcomed. During our stay he was very polite he assisted without any hesitation. The two ladies in the morning Liz and the one at the front desk were rude and were overheard saying something negative when I requested the comforter be changed because it had food stains from the previous guests. The desk lady told the lady serving breakfast that she was aware that the comforter was dirty and had hoped that we didn’t notice. She did however bring up a replacement within 15 min which was very much appreciated. During the evening shift the young man was as great as the first day and assisted with a few requests and was still as friendly when I saw him in the lobby in the morning. Overall (aside from the rude ladies) I loved the stay, the rooms were clean and aside from the dirty comforter everything was great and will most likely consider staying there again and recommending to friends and family.

Alec the person who checked me in was very accomodating. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The pool was nice to jump into but felt a little warm. Breakfast was typical, but they have a yogurt machine with some various toppings, fresh fruit and raw nuts... that is a nice option for someone who does not eat all the pastries and sugary stuff. The price was reasonable given all the competition.

The renovation was beautiful, shower curtain was the wrong style rod.....needed to bow out because it would stick to your body as you showered.

First off, Alex was amazing! He was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. The location is pretty incredible - you can walk to coffee shops, stores, hiking trails, bell rock, you name it. The village of Oak Creek is absolutely the best and I would come back to stay in this town in a heartbeat, but I’d probably pick a different location for the noise alone. I’m a light sleeper, and there was SO much noise. People above us, around us, banging all night long (someone having too much fun? I’m not sure, but it was constant all night). I had rain sounds on and earplugs, and I still didn’t get a wink of rest. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this might not be an issue for you, but for me it was a major buzz kill. Breakfast was also quite disappointing with just yogurt and mini muffins. Not sure I would call it “breakfast included” - more like a “mini snack” with your coffee. We ended up having to go elsewhere for real food. Overall, I absolutely adored the location, but the facilities and the noise could use some updating and soundproofing for sure.

This place has no business charging what they charge. This is a $150 a night at best hotel. I paid almost $400. Don’t let them fool you with the “upgrades” they recently made, it’s still very much motel 6 vibes.

The hotel was clean and recently renovated. However, the walls are paper thin. You could hear every word your neighbors were saying and since we were downstairs, you could hear everything footstep from the room above you. It made for a tough night’s sleep.

Staff were excellent. Property had recently purchased and refurbished, and was one of the best upgraded hotels I’ve ever stayed in. New paint, floors, bed, furniture, countertops, toilet and shower, appliances, room-darkening shades; amazing. I’d give it six stars out of five if I could.

Staff “couldn’t find” my reservation at first. Then they said it was cancelled because my “card declined” even though I have more than enough funds on my card. I was never notified that the reservation was cancelled. Staff was professional but i’m very upset at this situation.

No elevators. We requested bottom but do not get bottom floor. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs while construction was going on. The floor was very squeaky when walking.
