The main level offers a seamless open-concept layout that brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together, making the home feel extraordinarily spacious and welcoming. Featuring expansive windows offering breathtaking views of the red rocks, lounge by the indoor fireplace and stream your favorite TV shows on Netflix. With two washer/dryer units and fast WiFi for convenience. The main level’s deck is our favorite spot for family and romantic meals, made in the home’s fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed at the outdoor BBQ grill.

The upper level is dedicated to the primary suite, featuring a stunning view of the red rocks that greets you as you wake up, and a well-appointed private bathroom with a relaxing shower and bathtub.

On the lower level, you`ll find a full bathroom and two king bedrooms - each with its own easy access to the lower deck, where you can enjoy incredible views of the red rocks or stargaze while soaking in the 6-person hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring in Sedona. In one of the lower-level bedrooms, you can enjoy a laptop-friendly dedicated workspace plus plenty of card and board games to choose from.

Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and refrain from loud outdoor noise to ensure we maintain a peaceful and respectful presence in the community. Thank you for understanding!

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.

We are happy to welcome up to 2 pets to our home. Please inquire about pet fees.

Note: The property has limited space on-site for pet bathroom breaks.

🚘 PARKING SPACE
Please use the home`s driveway for parking. Street parking is also available.

The garage is being converted into a game room and now includes a pool table and sofa. Please note there is no air conditioning in this space yet. It is best enjoyed in milder weather or with the garage door open.

📺 SMART TV & STREAMING
Smart TVs are located throughout the home with streaming capabilities. Please log into your respective accounts and remember to log out before departure.
