• *The pool can be heated upon request from March through November. The cost is $25 per night with a 3-night minimum. The spa can be heated year-round, and there is no fee to heat the spa.

Guest Access
This entire home is yours to enjoy. Guests will have access to a 3-car garage, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. You will access the property through a smart lock on the front door. There is a security camera focused on the front of the house and noise monitor at the rear, as Sedona has strict noise ordnances.

Nearby Area
This home is located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of West Sedona, a quiet residential area in the heart of Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, art galleries, and more!

A car is required. There is plenty of free off-street parking available in the 3-car garage and driveway.

Additional Notes
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
