Booked 2 queen beds, got a single king instead. So I paid more money for the double bed and didn’t receive the difference in a refund. Motel 6 in Sedalia Missouri is a joke. They can turn their lights off in this location for sure

The staff here is AMAZING!! It is family ran and operated and they take pride in their business. The building is a little older but they are doing their best to keep things updated and refurbished. Would definitely stay here again!!

Room was gross. Bedding wasnt changed, side tanles still had spills, nasty dryed stuff down bed frame, tub had mold, sink mirror was full of tooth brush splatters, heater didnt work and knobs just spun, trash on floor. Room was smoke free and smelled strong of smoke, bathroom door also had a hole in it. Hallway was full on trash. I requested a refund in which they have still yet to give me.

It seemed like for the price it would’ve been nicer. I had a very thin blanket & ended up sleeping on a plastic mattress cover, and in the morning we couldn’t get any water pressure in the shower. When we checked out at 10:30 the next morning, there wasn’t anyone at the counter. Hopefully my bill’s correct

Thee property was out dated, no dining at all, not even a coffee pot in the room. Beds were very hard and the blanket was no thicker than a sheet

Very dirty. Holes in the walls. Unfinished sheetrock. Air-conditioning isn't very good. Bed is uncomfortable. Very disappointed. Last time I'll ever stay at any motel 6. Second one I've tried in Missouri. Both were awful.

Pillows so small and cheap- blanket was more of a cover- not blanket. When I requested another blanket and pillow- there was no pillow available and the blanket was very worn. Everything else was ok.

Yuck.
My expectations were low to begin with, but some areas of this hotel were surprisingly filthy. We only stayed 1 night & that was plenty. No elevator, so not disabled compliant. Didn’t see a single person working the morning of checkout. This hotel has been stripped of most amenities, you get an ice bucket and a phone, and a handful of towels. Don’t expect any drawers nor a clock. Or a closet…there were a few hangers on the wall. The silver dots in the wall appeared to be buckshot (?) The bathroom sink was clean & appeared newish. The toilet lid was missing. The shower…oh God the shower…seriously filthy with used bars of soap still on the upper ledge. The bed sheets & comforters appeared newer & were clean. Ugh, won’t go back unless I’m really desperate.

I’d rather sleep in my car
Checking In was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite. Very quick. The room was decently sized and pretty updated. The cleanliness was far from good. Very very dirty rooms. The walls in the bathroom had brown stuff smeared on them in multiple places. It looked like straight up poop. By the toilet paper.. by the light switch and sink. The walls in the bedroom area were gross too. The wall to the left side of the bed was black. I wouldn’t touch it. Foot prints and nasty all over it. The other walls had stuff smeared on them. The bedding had black stuff on it. I don’t want to know what was all over. I just know I couldn’t wait to go home and take a shower. My husband and I couldn’t sleep. The beds were terrible. We stayed for 4 hours before we packed up and left because we couldn’t take it anymore. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Especially for the price we paid. I’m sure the price was jacked up due to the fair being in town. But next time I’d rather sleep in my car.

Multiple items were not functional. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. No soap for showers. Stinks in the hallway. Nonsmoking room smells like it has had smoking in it. Towels smell like greese. No hair dryer. Just absolutely unsatisfactory.
