«We stayed at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from check-in onward. We reserved and paid for a queen suite with a jetted bathtub through Expedia, based on the photos and amenities listed online. However, when we arrived, the room we were initially provided was completely different from what we had booked. The room was not even numbered clearly, which added to the confusion, and at first we genuinely thought we had entered the wrong room. When ...

«The room was run down. There were bugs in the room when we arrived. There was a rip in the screen so you could open and close the window (done on purpose?)...so no surprise about the bugs getting in. There was no soap, no dishtowels, no washing cloth for doing the dishes. The positive was the bed was comfortable enough and it was clean. It had a nice view but we felt it was expensive for what we got.»

«Very friendly staff, well maintained property. Some parts were newer than others. I wish the pool was heated but we still found it fairly pleasant. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby, the beds were great, so nice to have a kitchenette!»

«A very nice, and clean room. We had a nice view of the ocean. The hotel is a very short walk to the public market and marina, and not far from many cute shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. The self check in and out process were excellent.»

«Theres an Asian lady that works at the front desk that isnt very welcoming but otherwise its such a cute place. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great and the garden was so nice to have "breakfast" in. Dont expect a breakfast. There was muffins. Overall though. I'd stay again.»

«Very difficult check in when booking staff in to the hotel. Paperwork back and forth, no clear direction from staff as to what they needed. Sent the wrong form, forgot to ask for part of the info they needed. Not convenient at all, not what we usually get from Expedia»

«We had wonderful time at this property, felt cozy and comfortable, my kids love this place as well. Its clean, owner is friendly, we got a little tour at Sarah's farm, it was pretty neat! Highly recommend, we will be back here aging for sure.»

«We booked the place for 2 days and the location was very convenient and has a private entrance which is very nice. The bed was little small I think it was a double instead a Queen. Overall would still recommend and will try to book for our next trip.»
