Set directly against the backdrop of a working vineyard just outside Sebastopol, this sprawling estate effortlessly blends modern comfort with thoughtfully curated 1980s nostalgia. From the antique furnishings and retro-chic floral wallpaper to a completely unique, multi-level Water Tower Casita, this property offers a cinematic escape from the everyday.



The Main House

Step through the side porch into a charming bonus prep-kitchen and laundry room—the perfect drop zone for your fresh produce and artisanal finds from the local farmers market. This leads directly into the bright, modernized main kitchen, which retains its vintage soul with classic tile countertops and curated antique serving ware.



▪️ Dining & Gathering: A sunlit dining room comfortably seats eight (with a vintage high-chair available for little ones). After dinner, retreat to the sitting room to relax by the decorative fireplace surrounded by sweeping vineyard views and antique furnishings.

▪️ The Media Room: Kick back in the family room featuring a large-screen Smart TV, a premium sound system, and a curated library of books, CDs, and cassette tapes to fully immerse yourself in the home's nostalgic charm.

▪️ The Primary Suite: A spacious retreat featuring a King bed, A/C, Smart TV, and direct access to the wrap-around deck (with the hot tub just steps away). The retro-chic en-suite bathroom is a true highlight, boasting a deep soaking tub surrounded by picturesque windows, a walk-in shower, and a private water closet.

The Water Tower Casita

Just steps from the main house, the striking Water Tower provides additional privacy and unforgettable vineyard vantage points.



▪️ Lower Level Suite: A fully independent living space featuring a private King bedroom, A/C, Smart TV, a full kitchen, a dining area, an en-suite bathroom, and a private washer/dryer.

▪️ Upper Level Bunk Room: The second floor of the tower houses a cozy bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeping up to four). Please Note: There is no bathroom on this upper level. Guests staying in the bunk room must go outside and downstairs to use the lower Casita en-suite bathroom or the Main House facilities.

▪️ The Rooftop Lounge: Climb to the very top of the Water Tower to discover a spectacular open-air viewing deck. Outfitted with comfortable lounge seating, it is the ultimate spot for sunset cocktails while overlooking the grapevines.



The estate is intentionally designed for gathering in the fresh Sonoma air. The spacious, multi-level wrap-around decks blur the line between the home and the working vineyard. Guest Access:

▪️ The Entire Estate: Guests have complete and exclusive access to the Main House, the Water Tower Casita, and all outdoor amenity spaces, including the wrap-around decks, private hot tub, and the open-air rooftop lounge.

▪️ Seamless Arrival: Enjoy a flexible and easy arrival with contactless self check-in via secure smart locks.

▪️ Parking & Shared Driveway: There is ample free parking available on-site. Please note that the main driveway is shared with a neighboring barn and a local resident. We kindly ask that you park entirely within the designated parking areas for the estate and ensure that the main entrance and shared drive remain completely unblocked at all times.

▪️ Vineyard Boundaries: Please note that because this home is situated on an active, working vineyard, agricultural operations may occasionally be taking place. For your safety and to protect the health of the vines, we kindly ask that you enjoy the spectacular views from the decks and designated outdoor living areas, but refrain from walking directly into the vineyard rows.

A car is strongly recommended to experience the region comfortably and at your own pace. The estate offers ample on-site parking, and from here, Sonoma County’s best attractions are all within a scenic drive:

▪️ The Russian River (10 mins): Perfect for a scenic afternoon of kayaking, floating, or relaxing beneath the towering redwoods.

▪️ Santa Rosa (20 mins): The largest city in the county, offering major shopping, dining, and regional conveniences.

Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pet Policy: We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (a small pet fee applies for additional cleaning). Dogs must not be left unattended at the property and are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Please note that the pet fee does not cover physical damage; any damage will be billed separately. Other animals require prior host approval.



🌙 Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbors and the peaceful valley, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be especially mindful of noise when enjoying the outdoor decks and hot tub during these times.



✅ Required Pre-Arrival Verification: To ensure a seamless and secure check-in, all guests must complete a quick verification through our guest portal. A secure link will be sent to you immediately after your booking is confirmed.



🌧️ Seasonal Outdoor Furniture: During the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are safely stored away to protect them from the elements. As a result, outdoor seating may not be set up exactly as pictured during your stay in these months.



🍇 Active Vineyard: The property is located on a working vineyard, and agricultural activity may take place during your stay. During harvest season, vineyard workers may occasionally be on the property in the evening or at other times outside of typical daytime hours. While we do our best to minimize any disruption to guests, some vineyard activity is necessary as part of the seasonal harvest. Guests are asked to respect marked work areas and remain out of the vineyard rows.
