Additionally, there's a formal dining area and a cozy family room. Three spacious bedrooms, including the master, are found upstairs as well as a fourth bedroom downstairs with a bunkbed. Unwind and savor the breathtaking vineyard views from the generous deck or relax near the firepit below.

Numerous world-class wineries including the Dutton Estate Winery are within minutes, and access to the Russian River resort area and the Sonoma Coast is conveniently close. Outstanding restaurants, microbreweries, and the Graton Casino further enhance the array of activities available in the region.

Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.
