Burnside Villa features four beautifully designed bedrooms. The second bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom, has a queen-sized bed and is perfect for guests seeking a bit more privacy. The third bedroom offers two twin day beds with pull-out trundles, great for children or additional guests. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dedicated workstation and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.
For relaxation and entertainment, the game room offers a pool table, game table, wine and beer bar, and a 75 inch large-screen TV with a spacious sectional sofa. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire estate, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the main house, pool and hot tub area (seasonal use), patios, fitness area, game room, laundry facilities, and 3-car garage. The gated property offers enhanced privacy and security, with additional parking available for RVs, boats, or extra vehicles. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and detailed arrival instructions will be provided before your stay.

📌Extras Provided: We provide basic starter supplies like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent to get you settled in comfortably.
