Private 4/3 Beach Getaway; Heated Pool & Spa!

Come enjoy this beautiful beach house close to downtown and the Indian River, and a quick 10 minute drive to the ocean. The home features a large private screened heated pool, spill-over spa* and tiki bar. Furnished with two king beds, bunk bed with double trundle, queen bed with single trundle and a sofa couch, this vacation getaway is perfect for one family or two! The kitchen is fully stocked to entertain for any occasion. Complete with smart TVs to connect to all your streaming options...

*spill-over spas are the same temp. as the pool and do not have a separate heater. Both are kept around 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

To ensure a safe stay for all of our guests, an in depth cleaning before every stay includes a deep cleaning and disinfecting of ALL areas. The deep cleaning is a 7-8 hour process disinfecting all areas using a combination of highly effective commercial cleaning products that kill 99.99% of germs/bacteria throughout the house. The cleaners cover the tables, floors, chairs, shelves, racks, upholstery, carpets, bedding, mattresses, door knobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We have a strict no pets policy along with an age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to these policies.

This home is the perfect place for your family (or two families) to unwind, relax, and enjoy Sebastian! Featuring two king beds, bunk bed with double trundle, queen bed with single trundle and a sofa couch, there is more than enough space to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The living room and dining/kitchen areas feature patio doors so the relaxing can continue out into the screened-in sitting areas and tiki bar right next to the beautiful heated pool and spill-over spa*.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, silverware and stainless steel appliances so that you can cook something quick or prepare a full holiday meal. No beach house stay is complete without utilizing the provided BBQ grill.

You will have no problem entertaining the whole crew with sprawling open living spaces featuring a large smart TV to connect to all your streaming options. The master is complete with another smart TV as well as large en-suite bathroom. High speed WiFi is provided to ensure guests are able to use all their wireless devices.

All of the expected comforts of home are provided with fresh linens, towels, spare pillows/blankets, toiletries, and washer and dryer.

Great location. Everything you need to feel at home.

Great place! Pool was awesome! In our week stay we went to Universal studios (1.5hr drive), space center to watch a rocket launch (hr drive), a boat ride at Captain Hiram's (15 minutes away). Beaches were about 15 minutes also. Shopping close enough to bike too. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for everyone! Thank you for sharing your place!

Not quite what we expected

We only used the pool one night (which the pool was the reason why we rented in the first place) because it was in need of some cleaning and was also not lit up very well. There was some plastic cover broken on the ground and also in the filter of the spa portion. I did message owner about the pool and someone was sent over the next day or so. The house itself was beautiful but again, could use a good cleaning. My aunt was cleaning cobwebs and the shower downstairs had black mold.

Pineapple House

Our kids kept referring this place as the pineapple house so we went with it! Place as advertised, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a big hit with all the kids and adults and the seating area poolside was great. We are from WI and the air conditioning capability was key for those in our crew that are intolerant to sustained heat. It was a great setup space for 3 small families but two families would be best if there are several kids. The owners had very good communication and made us feel like we could message if anything came up. We would stay again next time we are traveling to the area, very happy with our stay!

Very Nice

This property was very nice. It was well stocked with the necessities and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large and comfortable. The safety 'fence' around the pool was easy to install and provided 'peace of mind' re: the 5 yr old traveling with us. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Exceeded All Expectations!

We recently stayed at this property, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was even better than advertised. The home was spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a luxury retreat. The location was perfect, tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The amenities were top-notch; we especially loved the fully outdoor space that was perfect for relaxing and playing with the grandkids. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from clear communication before and during our stay to small thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special. We can’t recommend this property enough. If you're looking for a perfect home away from home, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Property

This home was perfect starting with communication with Lindsey, the property owner. The home was equipped with anything we could have needed. A quick stop at the store for groceries and we were set for the week. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Toys for children and also baby equipment. Batteries. Tools. Laundry detergent. Space was ideal for a larger group. Location was close to golf courses and causeway to cross to ocean. I recommend a stop at Country Side orange grove to get the best orange and grapefruit juice you will ever taste. This property is perfect for a family. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Attentive host. Location is cloe to beaches, grocery stores, parks and more. We wish the waterfall feature in the pool worked but not a big deal. We had our family and grandparents stay. Lots of privacy in home fore guests. Quiet neighborhood.

Bad Experience

We were really surprised at how dirty the house was. The stove didn't work, the grill ran out of gas on the first night, and the coffee maker was broken when we arrived. (although the cleaning person fixed it on the 3rd day). The front porch literally fell apart while we were there. The host was responsive but didn't do enough to make it right. I"'m sorry to say, this place was nothing like the pictures and what we expected.

Fun in the Sebastian sun! ☀️

We loved staying at this nicely appointed, large sized, lovely home! I do wish there was a sectional in the living room as pictured and a few other small upgrades….but these are just minor things and overall it’s a wonderful stay! The pool and swim spa are phenomenal and you can easily relax with the sounds of nature. The tiki hut and outdoor furniture set are fabulous and we enjoyed the gas grill! Kitchen is large and has everything you could need to cook and serve! Lots of extra dishes and even an Instant Pot! Throw everything in the dishwasher and you’re done. Beaches are about 10-15 minutes driving and we highly recommend Wabasso Beach about 20 minutes away. And go get an ice cream slushier at Countryside Farms! Lindsey was a fantastic host and communicated immediately every time. We will be back!

Relaxing Florida Staycation

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Sebastian Highlands! We were looking for a quiet escape for a quick staycation/birthday celebration after the Memorial Day holiday and this house fit the bill perfectly. We spent almost our entire stay floating in the pool, only taking time out to grill up a quick bite or enjoy the jets of the spa. The neighborhood is quiet and the creek that runs behind the house adds to the serenity. The house itself was clean and well appointed, and we found everything we needed for cooking & grilling out. Beds were clean, bathrooms were stocked with hair & bath products, laundry & dish/dishwasher soap were provided as well. A quick trip down the road for groceries was all we needed for our stay. Be advised this is not a brand new property and there are small maintenance issues which might put some people off (broken refrigerator shelf, loose molding on kitchen drawers, etc). Also, we found a few dishes and knives in the block that had food stuck on them. I attribute this more to the negligence of previous renters who put things away that were dirty. It’s a big house and lots for the cleaning lady to maintain. It would be unrealistic to expect her to go through every single dish, glass or piece of silverware after every visit. While the property may not be 100% perfect, it was perfect for us and we will certainly stay here again. Thanks to Lindsey, we had an easy check in, great communication and a delightfully relaxing staycation!!

Sebastian Family Weekend

House is spacious. Pool and spa are wonderful. Family function grandpa, & grandma, mom & son, mom & husband & son. Nice big areas to gather (kitchen, living room, and lanai). Upstairs was nice and private for young families. Downstairs is super private and very comfortable for grandpa and grandma.

Nice quiet neighborhood, big house too. We were a family of 9 but there are only 6 chairs. Great vast kitchen but bare minimum if you want to home cook. AC and fans everywhere is comfortable, pool area was dirty, inside rugs could use a deep cleaning too.

Great time!

Went to Sebastian with family members to a bowl game and the house was a perfect fit for us. The pool and the pool area was a big hit. I liked that they didn’t charge us a daily fee to heat the pool. Beds were comfortable and cozy. I would definitely book this house again. Nice, safe neighborhood and close to groceries stores. Our host, Lindsey, was very easy to contact with any questions. Loved the time we had there but the bowl game wasn’t a good outcome but the house was great! Anne

Vero Family event

Everything was great and as promised. The only confusing thing was it was a holiday week so trash pickup schedule was unclear but we figured it out. Oh and a small harmless snake was hanging out - not sure what can be done about that I am just petrified of snakes :-) Would definitely recommend this host in the future!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage für die perfekte Erholung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, war sauber und ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen, netten Wohngegend, wo man sich sicher fühlt. Zum Publix sind es knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, alles andere ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Zum Strand fährt man etwa 20 Minuten. Die typischen Restaurantketten sind in Sebastian eher nicht vertreten, aber in annehmbarer Zeit erreichbar. Orlando kann man bequem als Tagesausflug besuchen. Der Buchungsprozess war unkompliziert und Lindsey hat bei Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Natürlich gab es auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht perfekt waren, aber wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen!
