Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-$50 per pet fee is required. Non-disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Garage is not available to guests to park vehicles.
-No animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard at all times.
-House trained dog <20 lbs ok, no cats.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or your animal.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests agree to clean the grill grates and grease trap after each use.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Centrally located in Sebastian, this home is close to Golf, Sebastian Airport and Skydiving Center, Less than 3 miles to the Indian River and 7 miles to the open ocean.
Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths. It is also within an hour of Orlando Airport, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Water Parks, Botanical Gardens, Riverside (and others) Theatre, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great Fishing!!!
