Sandpiper Cottage - A Eclectic Beach Theme -Kitchenette

Eclectic beach themed decor welcomes guests to the Sandpiper Cottage. Nestled away in the far back corner, It is part of the Historical Enchanted Cottages & has been hosting guests for over 140 years, since 1882!

This tiny studio of 210 sq ft has a new queen, Serta i-motion adjustable lift bed that is great for relieving snoring or just for watching TV.



Sandpiper may be small in space but it is huge on charm & all you need for a cozy stay!

A guests favorite, Sandpiper offers a small space with a eclectic character, accommodating up to two guests. This unique, compact cottage features a bathroom with a corner shower, a kitchenette, a queen-size bed with a Serta adjustable base, locally sourced specialty coffee, an assortment of creamers, an array of teas, a mini-refrigerator with a freezer (1 cu. ft.), a microwave, toaster, hot plate, pots, pans, an electric kettle, dishes, salt, pepper, olive oil, Tupperware, and a small dining area designed for two.

TV has ROKU with 200+ live TV channels and 1000's of movies, fast WIFI, filtered water, board games and beach towels.



Built in 1926, this cottage has a ceiling height of 6’8″ and is small in stature but boasting with charm and character.



In Seaview, you are within walking distance to the Beach and the 12-mile Discovery Trail, plus great restaurants and unique villages up and down the 27-mile long Peninsula.



A few doors down is North Jetty Brewery, known for its locally brewed award winning beers, they are a family-friendly establishment until 6 PM.



Our central location on the peninsula places you 0.6 miles from the beach entrance, a short 11-minute walk or drive. Tide pools are located south of the entrance. Cape Disappointment State Park and North Head Lighthouse are approximately 3.5 miles away.



The building with your studio also has the laundry facilities that is staff only. You may see staff going in and out of the area during cleaning hours.



Outside common area includes covered seating under the gazebo and firepit. Play some Giant connect four or play the popular lawn game cornhole (not available in winter) with the kids.



There are a few outdoor only cameras and a few ring doorbells in case you are locked out you can press the ring button to call owners.



Part of the Historical Enchanted Cottages by the Sea founded in 1882, this 1926 building features three other fully remodeled themed vacation cottage rentals. The Hollyhock, Captains Cottage, Serendipity. The Captains Cottage is a relaxing & romantic getaway decorated in a unique nautical theme with a kitchen and abode with antique charm and original bead board. If you need more space take a look at Serendipity. The main house built in 1882 that sleeps 6 with charming decor and a fireplace for those stormy winter days.



Limited on site parking but plenty of street parking. We have dedicated parking spaces is labeled "Sandpiper", please only use your dedicated spot.



Dogs under 80 pounds allowed, pets are an additional fee per stay. Max of 1 big dog of 30-80lbs or 2 small dogs under 30lbs. Must be people & dog friendly because of shared courtyard space with other guests and dogs.  It's a small room so we must limit pet sizes.



No laundry room access for guests but extra bedding and sheets are available. Need more please send us a message and extra can be arranged.



**You are responsible for your pet. Dogs only and current on vaccinations. If your dog has fleas you could be charged up to $500 for pest control treatment of the unit. You may also be charged for any cancelled reservations due to treatment time**



Outdoor security cameras and ring doorbells are located on and around the outside only of the property.

We use what we call a *Boarding Pass* that is sent to you after booking for all your check in information, smart lock codes, guidebooks, questions and parking information. It is your all in one guide to our property.

For Access to your cottage you must complete our "Boarding Pass*. It is a web link that has a verification step that will ask a few stay related questions as well as some very basic guest information including a upload of your government ID. You will need to sign a waiver/pet agreement to stay with us. If you disagree with our waiver/agreement cancel within 24 hours of booking or within the cancellation window to avoid cancellation fees.

Pet fees are $40 for 1 large dog over 30lbs or two dogs under 30 pounds.
