When we booked the room from Expedia a free breakfast was offered. When we checked in; we were told it was not offered. Don’t know why is wasn’t offered. Upon talking to the manager Bill and a little discussion he honored the free breakfast. From now on I will take a picture of the options offered.

I loved the balcony and how easy it was to get around and the pool was open late, which was really nice! However, the room itself was quite dingy and Dusty, and I don't understand places that don't have coffee in the lobby! But otherwise it was a very reasonable stay!

Was encountered with a dirty room. Dirty bandaids on the floor. Homeless man on the entrance steps inserting needle on his arm as we were trying to enter. Very unsafe.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the breakfast included was somewhat contradicting. It only included 1 item on the menu. Didn't realize that until after ordering other items, but the food did taste delicious!!

the continental breakfast that was included was poor in quality and quantity. you might as well pay for the room without breakfast and go eat elsewhere. Even the staff & service at the restaurant was terrible. the front desk staff and service were all great.

This hotel is old, the area surrounding it is not the best. Very loud noise at night, weird drop ceilings in bathroom, linens are rough and old, smells like smoke. The list is long
