I did not like that in the king 1 bdrm suite there is no separation between sofabed/kitchen area and king bed. 2 people traveling together needs privacy. No opportunity for changing clothes, snoring without disturbing other person and having personal phone calls. A sliding door or actual wall with a door is a much better option that openess. I am/was disappointed about the parking fee of $16.00 charge when there is ample parking available.

Staff were friendly and accommodating!!! Room was clean and I loved that it came with a fully stocked kitchen (i.e. silverware, pots and pans, dinnerware, hot plate, regular sized refrigerator). It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. The location was great being close to shopping centers and stores. Would definitely choose again.

I've always found Marriott properties consistently good. The room was very clean passing my barefoot test. The bed was comfortable and large. We were close to the pool so there was a strong smell of chlorine in the corridor but none in the room. Breakfast was the standard scrambled eggs, sausage and quiche that I enjoy. Oatmeal with all the fixings, yogurt, juice, regular and vegan milk. Friendly check in crew and ample parking.. Highly recommend.

Marriott breakfast does not cater to vegetarians
We had breakfast on 6 days. Except for the first day when there was a waffle, it was the same breakfast every day. For vegetarians and vegans, the only options are Oats and Bagels.

Uns gefallen die Zimmer mit Blick zum Angel Lake . Die Damen und Herren an der Reception sind sehr freundlich. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Shuttle , mussten zum Hotel mit der Bahn fahren weil kein Shuttle kam bzw. keiner ans TEL . ging. Nicht so gut wenn man ein 11Std. Flug gerade gemacht hat .

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and all up to date. It had everything you needed. The little "store" they had was also nice as it had a nice selection of wine. The only complaint I would have is if you did away with the shuttle service to and from the airport for all guests as it doesn't make sense to be an airport hotel and not have a shuttle service. I would hesitate to stay there again if there wasn't a shuttle.

Residence Inn is the best! The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast was delicious, the shower was fabulous, the layout of the room and kitchen was perfect, and the laundry room was convenient.

Overall stay was good Clean place, comfortable beds and good layout. Minor issues include: door shuts too loud, even when closed softly. The refrigerator was loud and made weird noises.

There was no room service. When we asked for clean towels they made us come to the desk. When we got to the desk they said we could only have 2 towels for a party of 4. So odd.

We’ve stayed at residence inn many times. Were unhappy with the size of the room (king suite) so they changed our room to a larger one, which was still substantially smaller than other king suites we’ve stayed in. No restaurants in walking distance. Bought a small bottle of wine at the desk, which turned out to be bad. Mildew around the bottom of the shower, and the footrest in the shower was getting ready to fall down. The shower gel container was empty. The TP holder was so loose it pointed downward about 20 degrees, and the TP kept falling in the trash. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain because the plunger was not attached, so there was no way to open it up. Breakfast was better than most hotels, but coffee on Saturday wasn’t available until 7:30, and hot water for tea never came out. Many people got coffee and when they sipped it discovered it was from the day before (it was cold). And the cream and milk were out from the day before, too. The linens provided for the pullout were absolutely disgusting…old, crumpled, super warn out blanket covered with fuzz balls, and a pillow that can’t really be described as a pillow.

Big room! Was going to have down time, the park near by was absolutely beautiful! Just short walk to public transportation to down town. Employees were friendly and very helpful.
