It would have been nice to know that the hotel was going through some remodeling before we booked. The floors were not clean and the pool area was a scary green. There were several homeless living near the hotel so there was a question of safety. Initially, we booked for 6 days but then extended a day and that is where things got confusing. On the last day, we were ousted from our room (all of our belongings were thrown into a giant plastic bag and placed in the office) and we were forced to book that last night. The front desk never contacted us before that night to correct this problem. In all my years of travel, I have never had that happen!

First impression, the automatic sliding doors as you enter the hotel were broken, the doors only opened up enough for one person at a time to enter the hotel, because they didn't close the lobby/breakfast area was very cold. The person at the front desk was friendly but struggled due to a language barrier. The carpets were filthy, there was no water glasses or coffee maker in the room, no comforter on the bed only a blanket and bedspread, our room had a strong odor of cleaning products, the hallway smelt like urine in places, the breakfast was extremely limited in what they offered, the main issue was that there was a large homeless population in and surrounding the hotel.

They charged my card over 500$ after I paid through expidia. They also charged all these ridiculous fees. The place was a mess and there were stacks of mattresses everywhere. And the pool was unusable it was green and slimy. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

We whave stayed here a lot. And despite the druggies outside its always been good. They have been doing a lot of upgrades to the place. Including changing beds. While we were out for the day they came in and changed our bed. Despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. While they were in there they shattered the tv. And just left it. We get back and find it broken. And of course no one will admitt to it and they are blaming us for it. It will unfortunately be the last time we ever stay here.

Terrible we didn’t even finish our night The worst customer service that I ever had in my life they didn’t even have breakfast. They didn’t change our towels we asked Towels, and they said if we were stealing their towels The restroom didn’t even work. The toilet was plugged and when we asked, they got upset when asked to get it fixed. We waited for them to fix it and they still didn’t fix it so we decided to leave before our trip was over maintenance and customer service was bad. Definitely would not recommend anyone going here even if it’s a good deal. They even had working girls come in and out and had people smoking in elevators as well as homeless people living in the parking lot made you feel like your belongings in your car was not safe. So, please consider it when trying to find a good deal would even be worth it.

On Friday we first had an issue with having a confirmation number on hand and the hotel did not have a room for us until we arrived even after payment went through. The hotel said Expedia was a 3rd party company and we had to confirm with them because they could not find our confirmation number on their end. Upon finally being placed into a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was extremely over powering in the room. We looked through the room to see if everything was clean and safe, there was hair in our bed between the blankets. On Saturday my wife and I went out for the day and came back to our room key not working and we were locked out of our room. We had to get a replacement key but didn’t get any explanation as to why our key wasn’t working anymore. We will not be staying at this property in the future.

The property is under new ownership and they are improving in leaps and bounds. Doing their best to update everything as they can. My only complaint is that there was a dog down the hall from us that was very noisy the night we were there.

Suite with jetted tub is perfect. Plenty of space. My only complaint would be the staff. Over the phone I literally had to clarify 3 times that I was asking a question not making a request, almost costing me a 50$ fee and when I went to take my luggage out I found my keycard was deactivated almost an hour before checkout time. If you don’t mind the smell of smoke on the none smoking zone, homeless people hanging around your car and asking for money when you walk outside this is the place for you. I stayed in room 219 had to deal with the bleach smell from the pool downstairs. The ceiling in the room had mold growing on it. Explained my disgust to the front counter staff but he is so warned out by the less then ideal tenants that he didn’t care.

I requested accommodations for myself and two dogs. I checked in and went to my room, later returning with my dogs to go to the room for the night. I took them outside later in the evening and the front desk clerk told me I hadn’t told her about the dogs and said I owed $30/pet/night in addition to the $214 and deposit I already paid and that I’d need to move rooms. I said I needed to go remove my stuff from the room and she told me I couldn’t enter. I repeated that I needed to get my stuff and I don’t want to move rooms, I would like a refund since I didn’t agree to the extra charges and they should’ve been up front at the beginning since I had already notified about my dogs. She said that was fine but I needed to call Expedia for my refund since that’s how I booked the room. I contacted Expedia and they told me the front desk lady denied my refund because I had already checked out. (I DID NOT check out) Expedia is also denying involvement. This place had rats outside, a man attempting to cut his wrist with cardboard sawing at his skin, and it had stains all over the curtains, walls, and carpet. There was a strong cigarette and cleaning product smell throughout the whole place. Only one exit was available into or out of the hotel which I found very uncomfortable. I would only recommend this place if you’re trying to do some sketchy stuff. Nothing good will come of this place. Even without this terrible experience, the hotel is gross and located by the freeway/gas station.

Will never book here again, everyone in general had bad customer service skills. They were all rude, & helpless. Crumbs in the bed, dirt on the floor, furniture not cleaned off. Floors throughout the building were filthy and sticky. We did not feel safe moving around the building. Bad experience. We actually asked for our money back and went somewhere else.

I don’t know where to get started other than this place OVER CHARGED MY CARD!! They kept arguing with me that they did not over charge me EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED THEM MY BANK STATEMENT RIGHT AFTER I PURCHASED!!!! They would not refund or extend me stay. THE ROOMS WERE MOLDY!! THE BREAKFAST WAS ATTACKED BY TWEAKERS SO I HAD NOTHING LEFT TO EAT!! THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL!! I AM PREGNANT AND HAD TO SLEPT IN A MOLDY COLD ROOM SINCE THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY. I HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS DUE TO THE NO POWER IN THE FIRST ROOM!! THE CARPET AND WALLS HAD BODILY FLUIDS ALL OVER THEM!!!!!!!!! COPS WERE THERE ALL NIGHT AND MORNING DUE TO THEM FINDING DRUGS??!! DRUGS!!! IN THE PARKING LOT!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! I WANT A REFUND AND THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET HELP!
