The home is located in a peaceful residential community. Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours begin at **9:00 PM**.



★ **No Smoking** ★

Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a **minimum $500 fine** for additional cleaning and odor removal.



★ **No Pets** ★

Pets are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a **minimum $500 fee** for additional cleaning and potential damages.



★ **AC Disclosure** ★

The home does not have air conditioning. However, as a daylight basement, the space naturally stays cooler than the upper level. Fans are also provided for your comfort.



★ **Entrance Disclosure** ★

The private entrance is accessed via a flight of stairs leading down to the basement unit.



★ **Noise Disclosure** ★

The owner lives in the upstairs unit, so you may occasionally hear footsteps or normal household sounds. We make every effort to be mindful and keep noise to a minimum.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every stay.
