For families, we include board games, toddler books & toys, a pack n play (bring your own sheets for sanitary reasons), and a high chair. We are also a quick drive to the zoo, museums and local parks

- We welcome well behaved and potty-trained dogs
- Allowed: Max of two hypoallergenic or low-shedding dogs
- Fee: $250 per reservation. Please add pets when you book
- Pets must not be left unattended
- Property is fully gated both front and backyard but pets should not be left unattended outdoors
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
- Please walk your dog in the neighbourhood for bathroom needs

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire Upper Residence during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, flex/workspace, in-unit laundry, and the private rooftop deck.

The rooftop deck is exclusively reserved for upper residence guests. You`ll also have access to the shared front and side yard outdoor areas, which may be used by guests staying in the lower residence. All indoor living spaces and the rooftop deck are completely private and exclusively yours throughout your stay.

Enjoy a seamless, contactless check-in and check-out experience for maximum convenience and privacy. While we respect your space, we’re always just a call or text away if you need anything during your stay—we’re happy to help anytime.

Highchairs, Pack-n-Play (bring your own sheets), baby utensils and plates also kept in the property at all times.

By confirming your reservation, you’re letting us know you’ve read and agree to the house rules below. We really appreciate you taking a moment to review them.


1. No Parties or Large Events

We kindly ask that there are no parties or large gatherings. This helps us respect our neighbors and keep the space peaceful for everyone. Any violations may result in cancellation of your stay without refund and a minimum $300 fee, in line with Airbnb policies.

2. Quiet Hours (10:00 PM to 10:00 AM)

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. We want everyone to enjoy a relaxing stay, and your help in keeping noise down during this time is truly appreciated.

3. No Smoking or Vaping

To keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. A $750 fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking or vaping.

4. No Shoes Indoors

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the home to help keep the space clean and comfortable.

5. No Unauthorized Pets

Pets are welcome only with prior approval. If an unapproved pet is brought into the home, a $500 fee will apply.

6. Self-Catering Stay (30+ Nights)

This home is set up for longer stays of 30 nights or more. We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, and guests take care of restocking anything additional during their stay.

7. Early Check-In Requests

If you need an early check-in, feel free to reach out at least 36 hours in advance. It may be possible depending on our cleaning schedule, and a $150 fee applies. We’ll always do our best to accommodate when we can.

8. Late Check-Out Policy

Late check-out requests are welcome at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Because of same-day turnovers, we aren’t always able to accommodate them, but we’ll do our best.

9. Trash and Recycling

Please place trash, recycling, and yard waste in the designated outdoor bins. Pickup is on Mondays, and recycling is collected every other week. The labels on the bins should help if you’re unsure.
10. Lost and Found

If you accidentally leave something behind, just let us know. We’re happy to help return it for a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs.
