THE SANDBOX at Seaside Beach: Welcome to The Sandbox, a spacious 1240 sq ft riverfront condominium in a gated community. The Sandbox sleeps six and has impressive views of the Necanicum River. We are on the fourth/top floor with access via elevator or stairs. Once here, you can park your car as we are a 12-minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops as well as an easy 6-minute walk to the beach or 6-minute walk to the outlet stores. Open the windows at night, and you can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. The living room is comfortably furnished with a vaulted ceiling, large windows for watching the birds on the river, a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, and a sectional couch with a queen sleeper bed. The dining table accommodates six people with three bar stools at the separate granite breakfast bar. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with modern cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include spices, crock pot, rice cooker, George Foreman grill/griddle Books, and a drip coffee maker and a kuerig. The pantry is fully stocked with many board games and movies for all ages. The master bedroom has a King size bed with sliders to the balcony overlooking the peaceful majestic river. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination with a jetted tub, granite countertop, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed with the second bathroom just off the hall with a bathtub/shower combination. The laundry room has full-size washer and dryer.


No pets allowed

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Occupancy: 6 people (Guests of all ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles - 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated parking spaces only, there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home in Seaside)

Minimum Stay Requirements


In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum. June 14-June 27 there is a 3 night minimum. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time. During September through June 13th there is a 2 night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
 

Hood to Coast 2023 - We are now accepting two night bookings by phone call. Pricing may vary with additional nights.

SOCCER IN THE SAND - We are now accepting three night bookings at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on fourth, fifth, etc.
