Gas fireplaces are set on the second and third floors for warming up on overcast Oregon Coast mornings. Two living rooms and two full kitchens (each equipped with full-size appliances and cooking equipment) will ensure there's space for everyone. When it comes to entertainment, the lowest floor features a spacious game room with a foosball table perfect for late-night tournaments. The all-important private washer/dryer will make sure your towels and swimsuits are ready to go. At the end of a long day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing soak in the jetted tub. Better yet, grab a seat on one of the two decks - there's always fresh ocean air to enjoy here.

Bedrooms are spread out across all three floors at this home, allowing for everyone to enjoy their own space. Both bunk rooms are downstairs, perfect for younger guests who want to stick close to the game room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
