Quiet hours: 10pm-8am.

Per Seaside Heights town ordinance, the primary renter must be 25+ AND physically present for the entire duration of the stay. You cannot book on behalf of another party. Photo ID may be requested at check-in.

Maximum occupancy strictly enforced — includes all overnight guests, children, and infants.

Stays of 7+ nights: Guest may be required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. Failure to sign within 48 hours of booking confirmation may result in cancellation.

Security deposit: Cash or card-hold deposit ($300-500) may be required at host discretion for extended stays, group bookings, or reservations flagged during screening. Fully refundable within 7 days of checkout pending inspection.

No-tenancy clause: This is a short-term transient rental. Guest acknowledges no tenancy rights are created by this booking regardless of stay length. All stays subject to Seaside Heights short-term rental ordinances.

Violation of any house rule may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
