The hotel was not open The phone number was incorrect and fortunately there was another number at the hotel who directed us to go to another hotel they owned which was worse than the first. Dirty and noisey is the best way to describe it. We were gone by 5am in the morning.

Close to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. No employee at the desk when we arrived, had to call and wait. Didn’t share the wifi password, had to ask another employee. Terrible cigarette stench in the room, even if it said non smoking. No glass in the room, very few amenities. Room was great for beddings : 3 beds and a second bedroom, very much appreciated. Windows would not lock though and we were on the first floor, so unsafe. First night was more noisy, second was ok. The bed was confortable. Room was dirty (not cleaned under the bed, bodyhair on towels, …). Bath and shower were disgusting. Easy checkout.

Everything thing for entertainment and board walk is a 10minute walk. Myself,daughter and grandson who is 7 had a wonderful time. Toilet bowls is shaky room painting need some renovation also bath tub,other than that it’s a pleasant stay staff members are very polite also big up to Mr Muhammad who showed concern the fact we had a kid and made sure we weren’t left outdoors in the rain as my Uber drop us a little early than expected. I recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The front desk attendant was super friendly, and the location was perfect. Our room definitely left some to be desired (I found 2 bugs and I didn’t feel comfortable showering in the subpar bathroom), but it did its job for a quick stay. Definitely felt safe and I loved that it was pet friendly. I probably would splurge on a more luxurious property if doing the trip again, but again, it did it’s job.

Lovely Staff, Basic Room
The staff at Aire Hotel were absolutely wonderful - welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was not particularly inviting, but for the price, it does the job.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Moldy bathroom exhaust fan, filthy floor corners and window sills, moldy refrigerator door seal. Close enough wall to boardwalk.

Site was ok but full. This is a no frills site.
Room itself was ok but no coffee maker in the room and the coffee maker in the lobby was a single Mr Coffee and was ok but not great. Ended up getting Dunkin coffee which was more satisfactory. Mattress were VERY firm and not good for people with back issues. TV remote was missing its back which was reported to the front desk. TV, Direct TV, Microwave AND small fridge plugged into a SINGLE surge strip. This was a problem because the other outlet in the 2 receptacle outlet was NOT working. As a result anytime the microwave was used it ran for 5 seconds and the surge strip shut off due to amp overload. Site needs to fix the 2 outlet receptacle to fix this issue. Ended up unplugging everything just to use microwave.

Disappointed
The customer service was excellent! The front desk employee was extremely helpful in offering delicious restaurant recommendations. The room itself was okay, but there were ants crawling along the wall behind the bed. The shower faucet temperatures were opposite what the label said (hot was twist to the right). There was an ice machine, but no cups or anything to put said ice into to carry it back to the room. All in all, this stay was disappointing.

would not book again
This is not what you see in the pictures. the people were extremely nice but the room was not. The beds were on a piece of plywood, the bed was dirty, the bathroom shower was not nice. My friends booked a room here and their room was much better and cleaner. My husband and I left and got another hotel.

Completely run down
While this property is in a good location, it is in desperate need of some serious renovations. We did a deep cleaning of the room when we first got there because it was filthy. When we ran the shower, water came out of the wall on the other side of the bathroom. That explained all of the mold around the floor of the bathroom. Again, the location was good and the management was nice but the property is in serious disrepair. Would not recommend they stay here.

The hotel is very close to the beach and boardwalk! Excellent service for the front desk, from arrival to our exit, simple room, however, very clean and comfortable.

We do not recommend staying here even though staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. The place was not clean, didn't have enough lounge chairs at pool, our room was not cleaned even to get fresh bath towels. The pictures on internet were deceiving. Controlling noisy guests would benefit others.

It’s was one of the worst experience! DIRTY! Broken glass, never cleaned and bed sheets nasty. Also, no handicap parking. I asked for a refund after spending one night there. So disappointed I didn’t get my refund. Expedia should not be working or offering these hotel that are trash. I will also be writing a review for Expedia for not protecting its customers.

Me and my toddlers had a great time. Very convenient and exactly what was needed for a couple of nights. Pool was also very clean just alittle chilly. Great walking distance to boardwalk.

We had a great stay at Hotel Aire. The room had been recently rennovated and included a small refrigerator and micro-wave, tv, a table and 2 chairs, a comfy bed. We appreciated the tile floors - no rugs, and it was very clean. The exterior is ready for a redo so it was surprising to find such a nice room. The pool was clean and well kept. We would definitely return!

I have stayed at many different hotels in Seaside. The room was extremely clean along with the grounds and pool. It is 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Dining is also within walking distance. You park your car when you arrive and never have to use it until you leave. What sets this hotel apart from all the others I have stayed in is the staff!! The were extremely friendly and would do anything to elevate your experience while staying there. These guys really care about your stay and that made a huge impression because it was genuine. Not the canned BS I get at the Ritz or Hilton. I will be back again and hope you give them a try.
