Great price, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. They need more lighting in the room. The toilets are very low to the ground- hard for seniors and handicaps. Worth the price though.

The antiquated heater in the room kept me up all night. I turned it off to get some sleep, then woke up freezing 3 hrs later and had to turn it back on. Repeat til dawn. Inadequate parking for trailer. Old beds in the hallways, unpainted baseboards. Huge chunk out of the bathroom counter that had been caulked back together (poorly). Only one light in the entire room, at the front door. I'm cheap and just needed a place to crash, but it wasn't THAT cheap.

Like: Cheap, convenient. Dislike: Furniture broken, wait for batteries die in door locks before replacing them, breakfast is terrible, water and coffee cups in the room are old, beds are uncomfortable. It is obvious the owner does not fix or maintain anything beyond the bare minimum.

It was ok, but the furniture was old, 2 drawers were missing, a bench was stained. The bed was creaky. There weren't plugs near the nightstands. Everything was clean though.

A Bit Disappointing
Great location. We were disappointed that the indoor/outdoor pool was not open. Our outside door did not work with our keycard and were told it was probably the battery but no offer to come fix it. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and there was no lamps or much lightening. There were no pillows or blanket for the hideabed. We were able to get some brought up after being told that there were no more pillows. It seems like they were renovating the hotel.

There were no hanging bars in closet area. Couch cushions had stains. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and there was hole in the wall where I guess handle would hit it. Hole in the wall by toilet paper holder. Killed spider on vanity and the iron leaked out water all over the shirt I was ironing. There was no free WiFi in the room. No extra blanket for the sofa pullout bed.

Under remodel (Sept '23) but a nice stay
The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is being remodeled so it was a bit undecorated, etc. But they said it should be done in October. The property itself is nice and generally clean. The bed was pretty decent and we took advantage of the discout at RibCrib next door and enjoyed a good meal there.

Awful room
The room was dirty, furniture was very worn & couch old, dirty & broken. Walls were patched without repainting, corner walls damaged. Room was is great need of repairs, updates & new furniture.we stay in Quality Inns often & theyve never looked like this. They gave us a long list of restrictions for the room yet the room was terrible.

Property is old and showing it's age. The hotel is undergoing renovation. When that is done, and with some needed updates to decor, this will be a much improved hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Second stay for funeral
The stay was good to me, but could have been better. There were no lamps and a closet. I had to ask for a lamp for our room. Also, I realized that the hotel was renovating. Other than those, I enjoyed my stay there for the funeral of my great-aunt, the second that I have lost this year. I enjoyed the breakfast the best.

Do not stay at quality inn. The building and room was so hot and I did not receive a refund. They offered another room but it was still hot and really loud from other people. So miserable after a long drive to not have a cool room to sleep in at 11 at night.

The room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled like smoke. The room was hot when we got there because the air conditioner was off. We turned the air on and it never did cool down enough to be comfortable. Had to go buy a fan just to be able to bare staying the 2 nights we was there. Also there was only one light in the room so it was dim and hard to see in the room. Over all not a very pleasant stay. I’m usually not one to complain or write reviews but I would highly recommend the management fix these issues to better suit the needs of the guest.

My stay was in a handicap accessible room number 115. The hotel looks really nice on the outside and it was pretty nice on the inside except they were doing renovation in the hotel there was a couple of things wrong with the room. First, the room in the main area where the bed was had only one electrical outlet. It had two power strips connected to it with the refrigerator microwave TV lamp alarm clock fall plugged into these two electrical power strips. It was also the only place to plug in my charging for my cell phone. There was only one lamp stand in the whole room, and there was two ceiling lights one at the front door and one at the back that opened into the inside hallway. Second, there was only one chair in the room that was rated for two people. One person had to sit on me bed. Why not have two chairs in the room that was rated for two people! Third, there was no closet in the room. There was a space for a closet but when they remodeled this room they forgot to put the closet unit back in. One nice thing the bathroom was really nice it had just been remodeled nice tile wall to floor was really nice there was two electrical outlets in the bathroom one by the sink and one by the toilet.

There was room painting/construction happening while I was there. Plastic sheeting was taped up and down the hallways with furnishings stacked on one side of the hallway. I was woken up during the night when a piece of circle sheet rock that was taped over a fist-sized hole fell off the wall. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. Overall it was good for the price.
