«The cabin was clean, but as I have seen in some of the other reviews it wasn not up to par. The shower knobs were not working properly. The sink in bathroom was very loose. Wifi was pretty bad. We had reported that the coffee maker was broken and there was no response or nothing done to fix it Pretty disappointing. Overall the bed was comfortable and the cabin itself was cute definitely needs some maintenance attention.»

«Th property host is excellent at sending communication and responding back to you. Super clean property. Cost is very reasonable. You can easily drive to several locations in the Islands in Maine. Bucksport is only 15 mins in the opposite direction where you can get food, groceries, there is a CVS pharmacy should you need it and if your kids really want McDonalds that is there as well. But there is a Steak house just up the road, there are 2 traditional Dairy Isle type restaurant w seafood ...

«Except for the miscommunication about check-in (which, I think is more the fault of VRBO and not our host), the stay was perfect! Just far enough out of Bar Harbor to enjoy feeling like we were out in the countryside, but close enough to both Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to enjoy both destinations to the fullest!
