Step inside to discover wood-look laminate vinyl plank flooring flowing throughout, creating an atmosphere of timeless warmth. Soaring 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, accented with custom crown molding, lend a sense of grandeur, while the second floor's 9-foot ceilings enhance the home's open and airy feel.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, featuring ceiling fans, TVs, and custom closets. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed and complimentary Wi-Fi. Relax with the Fire TV or step through the sliding doors onto the covered deck to enjoy the open air. The spa-like en-suite bathroom elevates the experience with a spacious tiled shower featuring dual shower heads, two separate vanities, and a dedicated makeup vanity with mirror. A deep soaking tub completes the space, inviting you to unwind in total relaxation.
On the second floor, guest bedrooms and a loft provide inviting spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The loft features a queen sleeper sofa, and Fire TVs throughout the floor ensure entertainment is always close at hand. This level includes four additional guest bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature King beds and private en-suite bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination. One of these King bedrooms also includes a daybed with a twin trundle. Bedrooms three and four share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom three offers a Queen bed, while bedroom four features a King bed. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and makeup mirrors for guest convenience.
The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with an oversized kitchen sink, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a ZLine Gas cooktop and range. The gourmet chef in your group will appreciate the warming drawer, walk-in pantry, and plentiful gadgets. A breakfast bar with four stools provides the perfect setting to start your day. Off the kitchen is the large laundry/ Butler's Pantry. A full size-stacked LG washer and dryer make any laundry chore a breeze! The expansive Soapstone counter top has a sink and coffee station.
Dining becomes an experience at the large table accommodating eight guests, and sliding doors open up to the screen porch for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Gather here for family meals or evening game night. You will find multiple games and puzzles in the great room cabinets.
The great room, featuring an oversized sectional sofa and a 75" Smart TV, creates an inviting hub for gatherings. Sliding doors open to the covered deck, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. Before heading out to the deck, mix up a batch of your favorite beverages at the bar. There will be plenty of cubes, with the built-in ice maker. Chill your wine in the beverage refrigerator. Bring your Spotify and hook into the full house, including outdoor pool area and Sonos system.
The pool area beckons with an outdoor bar, refrigerator, and outdoor shower. Enjoy poolside relaxation with six chaises, a table with an umbrella and four chairs, and a variety of pool toys. The LED lighting and water feature add a touch of enchantment to the pool area. Cool off in the 14' x 28' saltwater pool. Depending on the weather, the pool can be heated for an additional, non-refundable fee of $500: 24 hours advance notice required. (The pool is warmed by an electric heat pump which takes a day to heat and if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees, it will not be able to heat to temperature. The heater runs 23.5 hours per day). Comfortable pool heat temperature is not guaranteed. 10:00 PM CURFEW FOR POOL USAGE.

You will find the main Beach Club area of Seabrook Island just a mile down the road. Here you will find the Island House, home to two 18 hole championship golf courses and multiple dining venues. The Beach Club boasts two oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Captain Sam's Poolside Grill, and the Osprey Cafe (all seasonal.) Just up the road from your home is the Lake House, home to the fitness center, indoor pool outdoor pool, playground and outdoor basket ball court. The Equestrian Horse Farm and Racquet Sports Center is also located at the top end of the island. Enjoy the 15 Har-Tru clay tennis courts or practice Pickleball.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

This house was amazing. There were 8 adults and 6 children - ages 6 and younger. There was plenty of space, pool toys, beach gear, and kitchen wares. The pool was perfect, with a shallow wading area for the younger kids. It was a close drive to town for groceries and it was a short ride to the beach. Highly recommend this property! It was a wonderful first trip to Seabrook!
Excellent property in SBI for large group. The home is gorgeous and the kids loved the heated pool. The kitchen beautiful and great for entertaining. However, the size of the home would benefit from 2 dishwashers, a more functional oven, and additional chefs tools/utensils. As foodies, we found baking and cooking for 3 families challenging. As a new home, there were minor glitches with hot water, but quickly fixed by excellent property managers! We will be back!
One of the most beautiful vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! The location in the house is just perfect. The house has everything you will ever need for a perfect vacation and more. We were so fortunate that this is one of the only heated pools on seabrook Island. Renting bikes is a must! It’s not only a great way to get around the island but it’s part of the adventure of the vacation. The workout club is also a great facility on the island. We loved going to Freshfields for dinner and groceries. Also, the bike rides to Ben & Jerry’s was so special. There are so many things to do on the island we ran out of time to do everything!
