Newly updated Contemporary Townhouse! Beautiful townhouse overlooking the golf course on stunning Seabrook Island. This lovely home has one bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bathroom that includes a bathtub, off the bedroom. The main floor has a lovely living room and an incredible kitchen. There is another updated full bathroom with a gorgeous large walk in custom shower on the first floor. This lovely townhouse is updated with fine finishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the staircase, behind the shiplap. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. There is a back deck that looks over the golf course. We have a new Weber grill just off the back porch. Our guests can grill and watch the golfers play the course as you prepare lunch. The townhouse is a few minutes from the beach. This stunning home offers a smart TV and has a fully stocked kitchen (spices), high end appliances (including air fryer, electric kettle), beautiful West Elm dish ware and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (and a second drip coffee maker). The Ethan Allen furniture is all new and high quality (with a Queen sofa bed) and comfy King bed upstairs. Linens and towels are all great quality. In addition, we are pet friendly, and well behaved pets are welcomed. Come out and enjoy this wonderful Island!! Beach Cruiser bikes are complimentary as well as beach accessories (beach chairs and beach towels). Hosts live nearby and we want to make your stay memorable. This island is very family friendly with lots of wonderful amenities including multiple pools and work out facilities that are available to our guests. As well as horse back riding, golf, tennis and pickle ball (additional cost for these amenities). Please take a moment to read our reviews! You really do not have to stay on the beach to enjoy this beautiful island (most everything is very close to the beach!). This townhouse is also very close to all the Beach House pool amenities and the Pelicans Nest as well as the Lake House. The host is extremely responsive and will give recommendations to make your stay on Seabrook Island special. Host has recommendations such as complimentary bonfire permits for a nighttime bonfire's on the beach (we have complimentary starter logs/kindling onsite for your use). Also available on request is our concierge services such as stocking the townhouse with your favorite wine in the wine refrigerator and snacks available at the time of check-in, or helping you with recommendations on how to secure a golf cart for your stay. Just send an inquiry ahead of your visit and we can help make this a wonderful and memorable visit. The townhouse is always cleaned thoroughly after each guest (again our reviews are exemplary). The townhome was wonderful. It was very clean and the host, Brenda, provided all the things that are needed for a fantastic getaway on Seabrook. Even the amenity card was included, which we took advantage of for the pool and Pelican's Nest waterside restaurant. It was a lovely place to stay and Brenda checked in from time to time to make sure that we had an easy check-in and that we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend!

I had booked this unit for my son and his girlfriend to stay for three nights while my husband and I had another unit for ourselves. The unit is absolutely beautiful and my son and GF loved staying there. Every detail was perfect right down to all the lovely little towel bows the cleaning crew had left. GF had mentioned how comfortable the mattress was and she was able to sleep beautifully there. Brenda (unit owner) was exceptionally accommodating and it was actually nice dealing with her directly rather than a rental service. I would highly recommend this unit!

The unit was absolutely beautiful and a very well equipped kitchen. I have not been in another other rental unit with a better kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels. Brenda was great at answering any questions. Check out Pelican's Nest for lunch or dinner or Salty Dog.

A wonderful vacation

This condo was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Super clean, cool and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Great location, peaceful but close to everything we needed. Lovely getaway!

This is the 2nd time we have rented from this property owner. It is a perfect townhome/villa for a couple's retreat/vacation! Well appointed, clean, and a one mile bike ride/car ride to the beach area. We enjoyed the bikes provided at the home as well as time at the Beach Club. Communication with the property owner is easy as well. We will definitely be returning!

Seabrook Island was amazing! Brenda’s place was so nice! It was very clean, and very well organized. We cooked several meals, and we had everything that we needed. Wonderful Townhome!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Brenda’s townhome! It was beautifully appointed and Brenda was extremely responsive if we ever had a question or comment regarding the home. The location was ideal, being that it was on a golf hole and close to the Island Club, and we would not hesitate to stay at her townhome for future visits to Seabrook Island.

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Nice townhouse

Enjoyed our stay. Seabrook is beautiful and the beach is great and very pet friendly! The gym and indoor pool are great, owner was very responsive and helpful. These townhouses are in the trees and shade all day. Kitchen was very nice and freshfields close is perfect!
