«2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. »
