Just a stone's throw from the glamour metropolis of St. Moritz, Sent is simultaneously a centre for culture and art that has always inspired artists. For example, the village is home to the world-renowned artist Not Vital and houses a museum where works by the famous Alberto Giacometti can be experienced. The spacious property with around 600 m2 of living space and 12 stylishly furnished rooms was renovated with the utmost care and love for detail and offers all the modern amenities one could wish for. On the first floor, you will find the Piano, a spacious living kitchen with high-quality equipment and a cosy wine lounge where you can let the day end in a pleasurable manner. The second floor houses three tastefully furnished bedrooms, a small living room with a second, open kitchen, as well as the large living room with a fireplace, which promises pure moments of well-being. Here you will also find the sauna and direct access to the idyllic garden.



Another open corridor on the upper floor invites shared gaming sessions and convivial moments. In this storey, additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located, offering the highest comfort and guaranteeing privacy.



After an active day on the slopes or a hike through the Engadine mountain landscape, enjoy a glass of wine on the sun terrace, relax in the panoramic sauna or let the evening end in the hot pot under the starry sky – an experience that remains in memory.



The ski slope to Sent is open depending on snow conditions. Please contact us to find out whether the slope will be open during your stay.



Shopping opportunities are conveniently accessible on foot within a few minutes. The (ski) bus stop is located only about 350 metres from the house. In 10 minutes, you will reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as the Scuol-Tarasp railway station; the use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket during the winter. Two garage parking spaces directly by the house perfectly round off the exclusive offer.

In summer as in winter, the surroundings invite you to small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins directly in front of the house door.
