«Veldig bra-men de må gjøre noe med vannreguleringen på dusjen. Det gjorde vi dem oppmerksom på. »

«Great place»

«Welcoming, professional and friendly team. Dealt with an electrical issue in my room quickly and without fuss whilst I enjoyed a complimentary drink in the cosy bar. Excellent food. 10 minute walk to the beautiful lake. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.»

«Great people and breakfast»

«AVOID AWFUL HOTEL.»

«I travelled with my 2 year old daughter. The bedding was absolutely filthy. Hairs, stains of unknown bodily fluids, some looked very much like blood. I’m not entirely sure they had actually been changed after the last occupants of the room left as it didn’t smell great. The bedding was changed after I asked. The rooms are In serious need of renovation. Very outdated, damaged, worn, unpleasant to be in and had a musty old smell to them. Carpet damage in places. Bedside lamp had old blood on. ...

«A lovely cottage in the middle of nowhere. Just few sheep and birds. Cottage has everything you need and very comfortable bed.»

«On the plus side I thought the staff were very helpful. Our evening meal was acceptable, typical 'pub grub' if I can call it that. However our room was totally unacceptable, small, dishevelled and grubby. The carpet was very worn, a crack in the wash basin, a window which could not be opened and a mattress which emphasised the springs above comfort. The mattress was stained. As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just.»

«Site manager fobbed me of 6 times to try and get the tv to work. No eating knives. Some dirty bed sheets. Hot tub not working My advice is avoid twin rivers»

«This would be a reasonable budget option if not for the mattresses. The springs were completely shot and either very old or very cheap. Everything else was decent if they could manage that simple fix»

«Second time we've stayed here and won't be out last. Plenty of space with large kitchen and living area, comfy beds and lovely little touches like biscuits, milk, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Perfect spot for Bala and exploring the surrounding area. Definitely recommended»

«The pictures of the property presented a cozy looking what it turned out to be was a drab, dirty and far from cozy place. The bedding was old, though seemed clean. The lights in the kitchen didn't work very well making the area dark. The show door handle was broken and there wasn't any hot water. The drainage from the show was slow that I had to turn the shower off midway through to let it drain to stop it from overflowing and flooding the room. I wasn't able to use the hotter due to the ...

«Clean rooms, great views and really perfect for a quite relaxing break»

«It is a lovingly extended stone cottage between a fast moving stream with a view and a country road. A very well equipped home from home , a perfect base for up to 4 ppl to explore the area. The owner is very responsive, and found her more reliable than the company managing the property.the »
