We stayed one night to do The Office walking tour. The front desk staff were super friendly and had great recommendations. The hotel is right downtown and is walking distance to many things. The hotel itself is dated and old. The beds are doubles and not queens. It would be great if they did a Reno on the rooms. The washrooms are old and the carpets are stained.

Stayed for our daughter’s graduation. Staff very courteous. The faculty very clean. Had an opportunity to use the gym and it well equipped - there was even a Peloton!

I reserved a king suite but our room was in poor quality (the rug had stains, the pull out couch was dirty. I also saw another King Suite during our stay that was much nicer (hardwood floor, kitchenette, clean). I was disappointed in the quality of our room.

Overall the stay was just OK. The property is very clean and able to host large events. I stayed on the second floor while an event was occurring and the room was suprisenly quiet.

Stayed here before, great location in town, walking distance to many great restaurants. Didnt realize it was day of St Patty's day parade in Scranton so hotel bar was packed and celebrating! Not ideal with 2 teens in tow, but not a major issue. Only real complaint was no towels in bathroom, except used one left on floor. Again, pretty minor and easily fixed.

Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and had many stains. When I took a shower in the morning the soap/bodywash dispenser in the shower was empty so I had no soap. Around 10 am I was woken up by someone knocking on my door even though I had the Privacy Please sign hanging on the door handle. Since the person knocked numerous times and wasn’t leaving I had to get up and answer the door. It was Houskeeping asking if I needed them to clean my room. I said I am checking out at noon. They asked if I needed anything. I was quite annoyed.

The room had water damage from ceiling which had questionable mold issues. Shower knob for shower head was loose and not functional. Very disappointed for a Hilton.

Check in on the hotels policy is listed for 3pm... We arrived bout 2:30pm expecting to have the ability to check into the hotel at that time as we respectfully submitted a special request to the hotel property that was properly submitted to the hotel property as outlined in the hotel policy.

My food was wrong when I ordered at the bar I had no lights that worked in my room the bed was really comfortable and the front desk was really helpful I just think the people working at the bar need a little more training I told them twice I didn’t order the brisket sandwich and still got was given it

The staff were amazing. I had panic attack in the lobby & they took great care of me throughout my 1 night stay. They got me to room, helped me w parking, they treated me w such care & respect during an obvious embarrassing incident for me. Thank you purple hair ( Kim, I think), the younger girl w dark hair and a male manager. They were super supportive of me in the morning and I just couldn't believe the compassion and care of these people. Not to mention my room was absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much. I will never forget y'all
