We we're downgraded to a two bed room and we weren't told that at check in , we were then moved to the 5th floor to a king which was fine i don't mind walking , it wasn't necessary to make me waste my time moving my things from one room to another , the room was completely dirty , i feel upset i had spent 150$ , we pulled down the sheets there was strands of hair , dirt , debris . We were disgusted. This was on valentines day. The room had a odor but we bought a fabreeze and tried to get rid of it. In the morning we were literally almost being rushed out by the housekeepers , i paid 150$ till check out! I don't know why i have to leave before my time! This hotel is disgusting , they rush you and its not worth your money if you want what you paid for. The breakfast was a terrible the coffee that comes out of a beverage dispenser is terrible as well. Avoid !
